Relaltionship among priests, Relationship among people are the main message for ongoing formation on the first day of the event. We are to cultivate unity among the priests. Formaton of presbyterates centers on cultivating their unity. Ongoing formation heading towords unity among priests. Bishops are the basic foundation of organization.

Relationships among stake holders in the diocese is very important. Even if we have programs and structures and you may have no good relationship, there can be no progress.

1.The divisions that impede and endanger that unity must be accurately identified and honestly faced.  

2.the consequences of divisions must also receive attention.

The presbyterate is the privileged place where the priest should be able to find specific means of formation , sanctification and evangelization and be helped to overcome the limits and weaknesses proper to human nature.

Culture of silence means we should cover up of the mistake of the priests. Some of priests are living with a very high price. They cannot figure out.

The newly ordained priests can encounter different problems. There are some questions for our own  reflections.Do we have proper ongoing program?

Problems should be intervened from the start.

Maturity must be seen as a continuous succession of growth stages.

We are to seeking of guidance.

Fraternal meetings such as prayer, lectio divina, theological and pastoral studies, sharing pastoral experiences, spending time together, Spiritual direction and confession, Retreats, Common table, common life and Priestly associations are the means to strengthen the unity among priests.
